Build Your Own Cooking Series

Looking for cooking classes for high schoolers or families/friends? Book a private class or cooking series!

If the public after-school kids cooking series does not fit into your child's daily schedule or if maybe your family or group of friends would like to take a cooking series together, a custom package may be for you. With this option, you supply the students, you choose the days and times, and lastly,  you select your menu and skill set. You may choose from any of the Escuela de Rogow offerings found on the website, or build your own series based on your palette, sweet tooth and dietary restrictions (I am not a dietician). A series can be as short as four weeks and run up to six plus weeks if desired. Because we build upon skills from week to week, every series follows the same progression. We start with knife skills and measuring/mixing basics. We then move into hot cooking methods and round out with doughs and batters. Beyond that, you can pick and choose whatever excites you from any of the recipes/techniques listed. Trust me, even if a student has been here before, they will have a new experience with any repeat skill. Interested in something that is not offered? I can probably accommodate! Classes run approximately 2 hours. All food is eaten or ready by the end of the class. Simple snacks and beverages are always out and available. 4 class series - $275 per person with a minimum of 6 cooks to book (recent increase from 4 - sorry!) Maximum 8ish children and/or adults). Each additional week is $70 per person. Happy to offer a sibling or family discount of 15%. Just ask!
